Seafront Residential

The proposed Seafront Residential development aims to revitalise an underused section of the Europort area, introducing four townhouses with a westward orientation along the stone revetment. The design prioritises seamless integration with Europort's western elevation, using stone-like cladding that mirrors the existing facade elements. Access to the townhouses is via a beautified promenade along the southern boundary, featuring permeable pavers, planters, and landscaping to enhance visual appeal. The redevelopment plan includes relocating an existing pool to a Resort Garden behind the townhouses, surrounded by large palm trees and shrubs. This not only ensures privacy but also contributes to a net increase in vegetation across the development.
